Vertical construction on the first multi-family apartments, Solstice at June Lake, began last month and has seen substantial progress. Framing is well underway, with Phase 2 soon to follow. Leasing is scheduled to commence in June, with the first move-ins anticipated by late June.

Progress on the initial phase of homes at Saddlewalk is continuing steadily. Families are preparing to move into their new homes as early as April (next month!).
