Southeast Venture Announces New Class A Retail Development at June Lake

Southeast Venture has announced June Lake Collective, a new Class A retail development that will further expand the growing commercial offerings at June Lake. The approved project will include two multi-tenant retail buildings totaling 15,823 square feet and is currently pre-leasing for future tenants, with completion anticipated in summer 2027.
Located within June Lake's first commercial district at the corner of June Lake Boulevard and Buckner Lane, June Lake Collective marks the fifth commercial project announced for the district, joining Liberty Federal Credit Union, The Goddard School, Image Studios, and Heartland Dental. The development will create an inviting environment for retailers, restaurants, and service-oriented businesses.
"We’re excited to create new opportunities for businesses looking to grow alongside this community," said Don Alexander, Principal at Southeast Venture. "This project is an important part of our vision for a walkable, mixed-use destination where residents can conveniently access everyday services, dining, and shopping close to home."
June Lake Collective was designed by SV Design with a focus on creating a modern, pedestrian-friendly retail environment that complements the vision for June Lake's first commercial district.
Site work throughout the commercial district is complete, and businesses are actively seeking building permits with the City of Spring Hill. Additional business announcements are forthcoming as the district continues to grow.
June Lake is a 775-acre master-planned community in Spring Hill that will ultimately include 2,900 homes, 3.9 million square feet of commercial space, 400 hotel rooms, and an extensive network of greenways, parks, and open spaces, creating a connected destination to live, work, and play.
June Lake Collective is currently pre-leasing. For leasing opportunities, contact Jon Petty or Lee White at Southeast Venture.
